Losing a loved one is an enormous event in your life. Grieving is a necessary part of the process of coming to terms with the death of a spouse, a parent, a child or a friend. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone. The parish has a bereavement group where you can talk in confidence with someone.
The bereavement group hold a listening session on the last Monday of the month 8-9 p.m. in the Annexe, House of Retreat.
